Yes. Unless there’s an issue with your payment, or you leave the confirmation page early, you will be able to access your badges immediately after purchase. In the event you lose your link, you can contact us, and once we confirm your details, you will receive your badges via email.

Nope. Because unlike “carbon credits”, when you purchase carbon compensation with us, you are purchasing removal that is happening right now, in real-time, by living, breathing agroforestry systems. And because we leverage the blockchain and satellites (and on the ground presence), we have near-perfect transparency into what is happening locally.

In other words, your purchase is the verification.

With your purchase, you help keep those systems alive, while allowing us to expand our work to cultivate more agroforestry systems, create living jobs and community wellbeing, and restore ecosystems and biodiversity in Southwest Africa.

To be eligible for a badge or certificate, you must specifically purchase “Event” compensation from Dimarjan using the link above. That’s all.

Once you’ve made the purchase, you’ve compensated for that amount.

Dimarjan reserves the right to revoke a badge or certificate if payment fails, lapses, or is insufficient. In this event, the customer will be notified, and, immediately upon notification being sent by Dimarjan, must cease use of the badges (otherwise, the customer would technically be committing fraud).

Badges are valid for the duration of the event. For events that happen more than once (say, yearly), Customers may continue to display the badge on the event page for the year of the event they compensated even after the event has ended.

However, customers must purchase a new badge if they would like to display it at any future instance of the same event. This information is also available in our terms and conditions.

Because we cannot (and would not) put compensated carbon back into the air, purchases are non-refundable.

Traditional carbon offsets are full of problems. They often use machines that bring their own problems, or plant trees in ways that can be harmful to ecosystems. They ignore harm to communities, and are almost impossible to verify.
